Job Requirements:
✅Participate in the implementation and monitoring of NABH Standards and other relevant Hospital Accreditation and Certification Standards.
✅Coordinate NABH and other accreditation and certification standards across various hospital departments, including interacting and interviewing stakeholders to ensure compliance.
✅Serve as a liaison between the hospital and NABH during the accreditation process.
✅Train champions and hospital staff for NABH and other hospital-wide audits.
✅Engage in activities to prepare the hospital for NABH and other hospital-wide audits.
✅Collect, coordinate, validate, and collate data, applying statistical and quality tools to analyze Quality Indicators, and implementing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for performance improvement in clinical and non-clinical functions.
✅Conduct validation studies for Quality Indicators.
✅Undertake Quality Improvement Projects and activities.
✅Identify international and national benchmarks and standards, and implement relevant programs.
✅Perform internal assessments as required for various certifications and accreditations.
✅Coordinate and participate in internal audits, clinical audits, patient care audits, and nursing audits, including conducting various audits.
✅Conduct, coordinate, and participate in Quality Improvement activities such as Quality Improvement Projects, Quality circles, and 5S initiatives.
✅Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management regarding projects and initiatives.
✅Review recommendations from various committees and ensure their implementation and reporting.
✅Prepare documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
✅Conduct Risk Assessments for various departments in collaboration with user departments.
✅Actively contribute to the Hospital Quality and Safety teams.
✅Participate in Hospital and Departmental Accreditations and Certifications as required.
✅Support the accreditation process and quality improvement activities within the hospital unit.
Graduate with a Diploma / PG Degree in Hospital Administration.
Desired candidate profile:
3-5 years of experience in the fields of preferably Hospital operation / Infection Control Nursing / medical background. Should be well-versed with NABH standards.
Individuals possessing Certifications in Healthcare Quality would be preferred
