✔Job Summary:
Responsible for driving market share, revenue, profitability, growth, and brand image of the hospital.
✔Job Duties:
✅Drive the Direct to Consumer Channel to increase team output.
✅Monitor, mentor, and train the existing DTC team for increased customer interface.
✅Establish tie-ups with community groups, associations, social clubs, etc., in the territory.
✅Promote specialty products to end consumers through engagement events like health check-ups and public lectures.
✅Innovate and improve customer interface practices continuously.
✅Launch and lead the health management program (HMP) for success.
✅Conduct regular training sessions for partner staff involved in HMP.
✅Plan and execute steps to increase the output of HMP.
✅Interact regularly with HMP partners’ management to execute plans for increased output.
