Role of the Services Marketing Team:
The Services Marketing Team collaborates with Accenture’s Chief Strategy Officer to actualize the business strategy throughout the organization. The team translates the business strategy into marketing and communication initiatives across four services: Services Song, Industry X, Technology, and Operations & Centers.
✔Position Description:
As a part of Accenture’s Operations & Centers Marketing + Communications team, this role is accountable for delivering exceptional experiences for clients visiting Centers. The Operations Client Experience Support Specialist collaborates with Accenture’s Marketing & Communications Team and business stakeholders to support M+C programs aligned with strategic initiatives and business growth priorities.
The Operations Client Site Experience Support Specialist:

✅Collaborate with the business to enhance client experiences in Operations Centers.
✅Work alongside the M+C Team on client success stories, environmental branding, virtual experiences, content creation, and other day-to-day tasks related to elevating Client Experience in Intelligent Operations Centers.
✅Manage quarterly metric reporting, synthesizing key findings from data to identify trends and impactful moments.
✅Assist the team with organizational tasks including post-call recaps, scheduling follow-ups, and close collaboration with creative, event management, people engagement, and learning development teams.
✅Organize and maintain developed assets and materials using Accenture’s internal knowledge-sharing and collaboration tools.
✅Support the development and implementation of additional marketing campaigns as required.
