Key Responsibilities:
Execution & Planning:
✅Oversee the execution of comprehensive marketing and PR campaigns aligned with the brand’s core values, extending from production initiation and continuing beyond.
✅Collaborate with creative agencies to craft marketing communication plans that optimize the reach and influence of advertising and promotional endeavors.
✅Strategize and lead launch campaigns and promotional initiatives across different geographic segments.
✅Manage budget allocation for various marketing activities, ensuring prudent resource utilization.
Brand Management and Marketing Strategy:
✅Implement brand communication strategies tailored to diverse consumer perceptions and demographics across different geographical areas.
✅Identify suitable media agencies for executing marketing communication projects.
✅Evaluate the efficacy and reach of planned media campaigns, seeking necessary approvals from stakeholders.
✅Drive market research activities, including studies on customer satisfaction, acceptance, and brand awareness, yielding valuable insights into market dynamics and customer preferences.
✅Anticipate shifts in customer profiles, technological trends, and market dynamics, pioneering innovative solutions to set trends in the industry.
✅Devise cost-efficient yet impactful marketing approaches without compromising the customer experience associated with the TATA brand.
✅Conduct sales training programs for distributor and dealer sales teams to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Relationship Management:
✅Coordinate and oversee agency partners to ensure consistent and coherent execution of marketing and PR plans.
✅Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and media agencies to facilitate timely and effective task completion.
✅Collaborate cross-functionally to develop integrated plans for product launches.
✅Contribute to the development of internal and external communication plans at the corporate level.

Financial Management:
✅Manage the annual marketing and PR budget, assessing the effectiveness of expenditures against predefined ROI targets.
✅Contribute to achieving top-line revenue, market share, and bottom-line targets for the assigned brand.
✅Define activity-specific annual budgets and allocate resources across different communication platforms and mediums.
✅Negotiate value-added services and rates with external agencies to optimize resource utilization.
People Management:
✅Develop a strategic framework and best practices to align individuals’ aspirations with overarching business objectives.
✅Establish departmental objectives and monitor ongoing progress and performance.
✅Facilitate robust communication among teams under leadership to foster information exchange and facilitate change implementation and improvements.
This role calls for a seasoned marketing professional with over a decade of experience, preferably in advertising, media, or marketing communication roles. The successful candidate should possess exemplary sales and marketing skills, exceptional interpersonal abilities, negotiation prowess, and a results-oriented mindset. An educational background in Marketing or Mass Communication at the postgraduate level, such as an MBA, is highly advantageous.
