Work Schedule:
✅Working Days: 6 days a week
✅Off Days: 1 day a week
Training:
✅Candidates will undergo 40 hours of online training.
Industry Type: Retail
Function: Customer Sales, Product Presentation
Key Responsibilities:
✅Organizing products on the shelves effectively
✅Demonstrating and introducing products to potential customers
✅Receiving stock for replenishment
✅Maintaining accurate records of products and daily sales
✅Monitoring sales performance
✅Occasionally facilitating home deliveries
✅Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets set by Reliance Retail Limited
Candidate Selection Criteria:
✅Minimum educational qualification is 12th pass and above for Reliance Retail Jobs in Delhi
✅Quick learners are preferred
✅Proficiency in the local language (Vasant Kunj, Delhi jobs)
✅Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
✅Experience in FMCG / Retail sales and distribution is a plus
✅ A valid Aadhaar card is required
