Job Responsibilities:
✅Collaborate and provide support to Business Leads by furnishing tactical and strategic assistance to reinforce business priorities.
✅Aid leadership in crucial financial and business management functions, encompassing project management, creation and analysis of sales/management reports, and addressing ad-hoc requests reviews such as Quarterly Business Reviews and Operating Committee evaluations.
✅Support the business management team in formulating, executing, and implementing key analyses and reports that can be utilized across various business levels, including senior management within CB Solutions.

✅Oversee the production of significant month-end reports like Sales Pipeline & performance reports designed for senior management.
✅Create presentation materials intended for sharing with management, business groups, and other pertinent stakeholders.
✅Detect and implement enhancements in efficiency/automation within the existing data consolidation and reporting processes.
✅Draw upon intricate data sources and information from stakeholders to generate decision-support analysis.
Required Qualifications, Abilities, and Skills:
✅CA/MBA qualifications with 4-7 years of experience in Finance or a Business Management role.
✅Proficiency in execution and project management, adept at managing multiple projects and priorities involving diverse stakeholders. Capable of promptly addressing evolving business requirements and urgent demands. Self-driven, determined, and able to work independently.
✅Profound communication skills—must possess strong verbal and written communication capabilities, a profound business insight, and the ability to distill complex information for executive-level audiences. Flexibility to adapt messages and styles according to different audiences and contexts.
✅Aptitude for problem-solving—strong analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to pinpoint issues, gather and manipulate data, achieve consensus, and champion change. Proficient in detailing work processes comprehensively. Actively explores opportunities to streamline existing processes/reports.
✅Technical and analytical proficiency—capable of generating accurate, error-free analysis and reporting with meticulous attention to detail. Grasp of business drivers and assurance that the group’s analyses are robust. Able to synthesize vast data quantities using Excel and internal systems to formulate strategic conclusions.
✅Leadership and interpersonal prowess—presents a compelling professional demeanor and can interact and influence colleagues at all organizational levels. Able to collaborate with fellow team members across the business and proactively seek guidance, clarity, and feedback from peers.
✅Proficiency in Excel, VBA, PowerPoint, and Python. Familiarity with tools like Alteryx, Qlik Sense, and Salesforce would be an added advantage.
