Role Overview:
✔Aligned to the Human Resources vertical, contributing to various people-related functions.
✔Involves recruiting, learning, training, onboarding, compensation, performance management, organization development, and culture.
✔Specifically aligned with the Recruitment vertical.
✔Responsible for delivering candidates to meet recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan.
✔Engages with sub-offerings such as Recruitment, Sourcing, Scheduling, BGV (Background Verification), Document Collection, Onboarding, and Internal Shared Services.
