Job Description:
Major Activities / Tasks:
✔Resource Planning and Talent Acquisition:
✅Recruit and close vacant approved positions within minimum time.
✅Prioritize hiring plans in collaboration with TA Lead, HRBP, and Zonal HR Heads.
✅Develop regional hiring strategy and roadmap for a competitive advantage.
✅Partner with zonal therapy leads and HRBPs to understand therapy requirements for targeted hiring.

✔Drive Ideal Hiring Agenda:
✅Facilitate interview capability training for managers to improve selection ratio.
✅Ensure less than 1-year attrition rate.
✅Maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality of hire across all levels.
✅Manage talent pool for critical roles and drive succession planning.
✅Enhance employee value proposition during the hiring process.
✔Onboarding and Induction Support:
✅Provide support to HRBPs and facilitate induction schedules for new joinees.
✅Gather feedback from new joinees during Focus Group meetings and take corrective actions.
✅Support campus initiatives and special projects.
✔Analytics, Reporting & MIS:
✅Generate regular insights and reporting MIS for senior management and HRBPs.
✅Support CFT forums with region/zonal specific hiring and vacancy management MIS.
