Responsibilities for a Master’s in Hospital Administration:

✅Manage all property, legal, and contract matters, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations.
✅Oversee the insurance of institutional property.
✅Coordinate and supervise administrative operations that are not directly related to professional services.
✅Handle public relations and publicity efforts.
✅Coordinate and plan financial aid requests for significant capital projects and institution-wide programs, in consultation with the Director and other administrative officers.
✅Conduct surveys and feasibility studies to identify areas for administrative restructuring that can improve efficiency, effectiveness, and financial stability.
✅ Maintain an accurate inventory of all fixed assets within the institution.
✅Supervise engineering and maintenance departments, including electricity, water, laundry, linen, and transport.
✅Manage materials management functions such as purchasing, stores, and supplies.
✅Oversee the dietary department and canteen operations.
✅Ensure security, safety, and sanitation protocols are in place and followed.
✅Make recommendations for the institutional budget.
✅Grant visitor passes as required.
✅Authorized to sign and endorse institutional cheques.
✅Fulfill any other duties in related areas as assigned by the director.
✅Perform additional tasks assigned by the management.

Job Types:

Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

Salary:

₹4,80,000.00 – ₹5,00,000 per year
