Requirements Skill:
✅Conduct a comprehensive analysis of business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and automation within the Salesforce platform.
✅Work collaboratively with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
✅Translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate closely with the development team to implement effective solutions.
✅Configure and customize Salesforce features, such as workflows, process builders, reports, and dashboards, in alignment with business needs.
✅Perform data analysis and mapping to ensure accurate data integration and migration processes.
✅Develop and deliver training materials, as well as provide user training and support to drive widespread adoption of Salesforce.
✅Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and applications.
✅Conduct thorough system testing, identify and resolve issues, and ensure quality assurance for Salesforce enhancements and updates.
✅Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices to continuously optimize the Salesforce platform.
✅Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the Salesforce platform.
Required Candidate profile:
✅Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Community Cloud.
✅Display a strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
✅Demonstrate a proven track record in gathering and documenting business requirements, as well as translating them into technical specifications.
✅Exhibit a solid comprehension of the Salesforce data model, along with expertise in data integration and data migration best practices.
✅Have previous experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
✅Hold Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, which are highly valued.
✅Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✅Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
✅Display meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
